1972 El Camino

The plan here was to repair the  rust in the bed of this El Camino. The bed was stripped to bare metal and a crack in one of the sail panels was discovered, leading to previously done patch panel that needed to be removed and repaired correctly. After removing the patch and exposing the true extent of the rust, new properly fabricated patch panels were fabricated and welded in. The rear of the vehicle was then body worked and a fresh coat of matching paint was applied.
