Custom ExhaustA Trick Works custom exhaust system starts out as a series of 16 ga aluminized mild steel exhaust tubing pieces– J-bends, U-bends, and straight lengths. The sections are then measured, cut, fitted, and tack welded together. After final fitting, all sections are fully welded. The welds are then finish ground. The final step is to have the entire system coated, inside and out, with a high temp resistant ceramic-based coating. The result is a great looking, fully functional, and durable exhaust system. A system that is an integrated part of the vehicle – not something that looks like an afterthought added in the final stages of vehicle construction.
